Meal #1

Tofu Saag Paneer

Chickpea Tikka Masala (Or Chicken Tikka Masala)

Brown Rice

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat the Saag Paneer & Tikka Masala in Saute Pans over Medium heat, stirring frequently. Brown Rice will microwave well with a wet paper towel on top. (Alternatively, you can heat all dishes in a 350 oven, covered in foil for 20-25 minutes until heated throughout.)


Meal #2

Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Harissa (or Roasted Chicken Thighs & Cauliflower with Harissa)

Slow Braised Green Beans with Tomato and Vegan Chorizo

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Olive Oil

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat all dishes in a 350 oven, covered in foil for 20-25 minutes until heated throughout.


Meal #3

Lentils, Peppers & Onions with Greens & Ginger

Orzo Salad with Spinach, Herbs & Olives

(+Mustardy Roasted Pork Tenderloin)

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat lentils in a saucepot over medium heat, stirring frequently, until heated throughout. Orzo Salad can be eaten cold or room temperature.
    -Pork Tenderloin: Heat in a 350 oven uncovered for 10-12 minutes until just heated throughout.


Meal #4

Beet Salad with Tahini Sauce

Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Herbs

Quinoa Tabouli with Pomegranatae

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: All meant to be eaten cold or room temp!


Meal #5

Split Pea Soup with Carrots & Barley & Lupini Beans (High in Protein!)

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat Soup in a saucepot over medium low heat, stirring often until heated throughout. This soup is thick! Add a splash of water to thin it out!
