Meal #1

Spinach & Tofu Saag Paneer

Coconut Curry with Veggies

Basmati Rice with Turmeric, Currants & Almonds

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Saag Paneer and Coconut Curry can be heated in saute pans over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout. Alternatively, you can cover them in foil and heat in a 350 oven for 20-30 minutes until heated throughout.

  • Cover Rice with foil and heat in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated throughout.


Meal #2

Braised Lentils with Tomato, Chickpeas & Spinach

Creamy Polenta

(+ Mustardy Roasted Pork Tenderloin)

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat lentils in a saucepot over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated throughout.

  • Polenta can be heated uncovered in a 350 oven, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes for a “crispy” Polenta, OR Heat in a sautepan with a bit of water over medium heat, stirring frequently for a creamy polenta!

  • Pork Tenderloin - Heat in a 350 oven uncovered 7-10 minutes until just warmed through.


Meal #3

Vegan Mushroom Bolognese Lasagna with (or Grass Fed Beef & Mushroom Bolognese Lasagna)

Garlicky Broccoli Rabe with Cannelini Beans

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Cover Lasagna with foil, heat in a 350 oven for 25-30 minutes until heated throughout.

  • Cover Broccoli Rabe with foil and heat in a 350 oven for 12-15 minutes.


Meal #4

Beyond Meat & Zucchini Kebabs OR (+ Turkey & Zucchini Kebabs)

Tahini Sauce

Pita

Cucumber & Tomato Salad with Red Onion

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat Kebabs in a 350 oven, uncovered for 12-15 minutes, until warmed through.

  • Build a pita sandwich with tahini, salad and kebabs!


Meal #5

Creamy Potato & Broccoli Soup

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat Soup in a saucepot over medium low heat, stirring often until heated throughout.

  • This Soup can be frozen, but make sure to remove some from the glass to make room for expansion in the freezer!
