Meal #1

Cauliflower and Tofu (Or Chicken) Marbella with Olives, Prunes & Capers

Mashed Potatoes

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Cover with aluminum foil and heat both the marbella and the mashed potatoes in a 325 oven for 15-20 minutes.


Meal #2

Tofu and Broccolini Pad Thai (+ Grass Fed Beef)

Roasted Kabocha Squash with Chili Crisp

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Cover both the Pad Thai and the Squash with Foil and heat in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, the pad thai could be eaten as a chilled sesame noodle dish. Both of these dishes would also microwave well. NOTE: the peanut sauce will thicken when heated, stir in a splash of water to loosen things up!


Meal #3

Eggplant Katsu Curry (Or + Chicken & Eggplant)

Pickled Radish

Red Cabbage Slaw

Jasmine Rice

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat the Eggplant/Chicken in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 7-9 minutes until heated. Meanwhile, cover the Jasmine rice with a wet paper towel and microwave until hot (be sure to change conatiners). Heat the Katsu sauce in a small saucepan over medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout.. if the sauce gets too thick, stir in a splash of water! Serve with rice, pickles, slaw and warm katsu sauce.


Meal #4

Potato, Carrot, Swiss Chard, Pea and Coconut Curry

Brown Rice with Quinoa and Black Lentils

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat the curry in a saucepot or large saute pan over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout. Meanwhile, cover the Grains with a wet paper towel and microwave until hot (be sure to change conatiners).


Meal #5

Creamy Turmeric, Carrot and Ginger Soup with Roasted Almond Crumble

  • REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat Soup in a saucepot over medium low heat, stirring often until heated throughout. Serve with Almond Crumble. If you prefer a thinner soup, you can add a splash of water!

  • This Soup can be frozen, but make sure to remove some from the glass to make room for expansion in the freezer!
