Becca Saenz is a Boston based Personal Chef, Nutritionist & Yoga Instructor
She focuses on healthy eating, plant based diets & bold flavors
I believe that food is often the best medicine. Michael Pollan’s words "Eat food, not too much, mostly plants." summarize how I like to eat and how I like to cook.
Many of my clients are either plant based, or trying to incorporate a healthier diet into their lifestyle. I am very comfortable cooking for clients with specific dietary restrictions due to allergies or disease.

“Our family is not vegan but we wanted to incorporate plant based meals into our weekly dinners. Rebecca’s plant based meals made it extremely easy to do so and the whole experience was amazing. We felt like we had a personal chef and the meals were delicious and so easy to assemble! It is clear that all of Rebecca’s food is made with love and attention. We are healthier and happier because of the experience. ”

“I was fortunate to have Rebecca pass through my kitchen while researching restaurant opportunities of her own. Not only is she a wonderful chef but a kind and gracious student——always asking questions and delving deeper to expand her culinary repertoire. She brings positive energy and an element of calm to any situation, while preparing healthy combinations that are smart, crave-able and soul satisfying.
After the birth of my second child, one of my favorite meals was one that was prepared by Rebecca (at Whole Heart Provisions).
Simply put, she makes feel good food. The kind of stuff that inspires you to be your best self.”
